Development Days
Within the “Development Days” (full or half days), your staff will experience support and growth within your school’s highest leverage needs and goals. Through hands-on activities and discussions, your staff will walk away with applicable next steps to implement within their classrooms to further enhance their teaching practices and outcomes. Prior to the development day, a MERA consultant will meet with the school’s administration to identify the focus area and present a plan to approach for the scheduled development day.
Administrative Support
Within the “Administrative Support” experience, a MERA consultant will provide hands-on support, systems and reflections for your administrative team. In order to accomplish your school’s mission, your administration will be guided and supported to gain deeper insight and knowledge. The “Administrative Support” experience has the possibility to be a hybrid or on-site development through in the moment coaching, 1:1 debriefs and follow through. Our approach allows for the school and a MERA consultant to really target your schools’ environment, culture, staff and the administrators needs all in one.
Immersive Support
Within the immersive support experience, you gain access to on or off-site supports with the development of staff. Our work focuses on intellectual, purposeful and strategic school preparation through data analysis, instructional management and school cultural development. A MERA consultant coaches staff in the moment, facilitates meetings, models lessons and helps to guide staff in gaining desired outcomes for your school’s environment. By being focused on your school's needs, our team of consultants provides clear and applicable steps and systems needed for staff to implement the actionable feedback given, ask clarifying questions and gain real access and knowledge along the way.
